It’s now been 7 days of using the virtual home button on my iPhone. So far, my pain in my wrist and thumb has pretty much disappeared. My wrist still feels a little uncomfortable when I type for long periods of time using my iPhone but mostly it’s my work computer. The hardest hurdle for me has simply been adjusting to hitting the virtual home indicator. My muscle memory to navigate to the bottom of the screen to flick up on the hone indicator is hard to retrain. But day by day I find myself using the virtual home button more!
